A Message From The Committee
Thank you for checking out the Young Associates of the Canadian Friends of the Israel Museum. In case you’re a little fuzzy on what we do and who we are, think: culture, community and Israel.
The Canadian Friends of the Israel Museum (CFIM) raises funds to support free admission to the Israel Museum for Israeli children – but what the Young Associates are all about is raising awareness.
Our goal is to raise the profile of the Israel Museum in Canada among our peers. It’s a fabulous institution that puts Israel on the map – not for its politics – but for its amazing art collections and innovative youth wing that unites Israeli children regardless of their faith.
To spread the word about the museum, we will host chic events in stimulating venues with interesting art collections. The Young Associates are supported by a network of well-connected figures in the art scene, opening the door to exclusive access and opportunity to engage with culture.
Please join us in supporting an institution where Muslim, Christian and Jewish Israeli children come together through their mutual appreciation and enjoyment of art. We hope you like what you see and that you’ll join us at our upcoming events.
